Return Eligibility
You may request a return within 30 calendar days from the date of purchase.
To be eligible for a return, items must meet all of the following conditions:
- Unworn, except for trying on to assess fit or size
- Unwashed and free from damage or signs of use
- All original tags attached
- Returned in original packaging
- Accompanied by a receipt or proof of purchase
Items that do not meet these requirements may not be accepted.
How to Start a Return

Once your request is approved, we will provide a return shipping label along with instructions on how and where to send your package.

Return Shipping Fees
For U.S. and Canadian returns, a $10.00 return shipping fee will be deducted from your refund once the return is processed.
Damages, Defects, or Incorrect Items
Please inspect your order upon delivery. If your item is defective, damaged, or incorrect, contact us immediately at support@bariatrictechnologies.com so we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exchanges
If you would like to request an exchange, please contact us at support@bariatrictechnologies.com and our team will assist you.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the approval status.
If approved:
- Refunds will be issued to your original payment method
- Refunds are processed within 10 business days of approval
Please note:
- Original shipping charges, duties, import taxes, and other fees are non-refundable
- It may take additional time for your bank or credit card provider to post the refund
