Find Your Best Fit
Our garments are designed to support excess skin and tissue and choosing the correct size helps you receive the best experience possible.
We use a simple, two‑step process to help you find the right size.
Step 1 — Take Your Measurements
You’ll need one measurement: your waist circumference in inches. If you take measurements in centimeters, click here.
How to measure your waist accurately:
- Stand upright in relaxed clothing or on bare skin.
- Place a non‑stretch measuring tape halfway between your lowest rib and the top of your hip bone — usually the narrowest part of the waist.
- Measure around your waist by keeping the tape snug but not tight, parallel to the floor.
- Breathe out naturally before reading the measurement.
This measurement will help you locate the correct column in the sizing tables.
Step 2 — Identify Where Your Excess Abdominal Tissue Rests
