We’re Ready to Ship: Celebrating the First ActiveMX Shipments

There are moments in a company’s journey that feel quietly historic. For us, opening our first shipment of ActiveMX was one of those moments. After nearly two years of focused work, collaboration, learning, and iteration, holding the finished product in our hands was both thrilling and deeply meaningful.

This milestone isn’t just about boxes arriving at our door. It’s about the people, purpose, and perseverance behind every stitch—and the community that helped us get here.

Nearly Two Years in the Making

From the beginning, ActiveMX was shaped by a clear intention: to create a high‑performance support garment that respects the lived experiences of people managing excess skin and tissue after significant weight loss. We knew this wasn’t something to rush.

Over close to two years, we moved carefully through concept development, material selection, patterning, sizing, and wear testing. Each step was informed by a simple but powerful question: Does this meaningfully support comfort, mobility, and dignity in everyday life?

Seeing the final product arrive—exactly as envisioned after countless refinements—was a reminder that thoughtful design takes time, and that time matters.

Designed With Expertise—and With People

ActiveMX is the result of collaboration on multiple levels:

- Product design experts helped us translate real‑world needs into functional, wearable solutions.

- Our boutique manufacturer based in Canada brought craftsmanship, precision, and shared values to the production process.

- And most importantly, our community of product testers generously shared their lived experience, insights, and honest feedback.

That community input shaped everything from panel placement and stitching to how the garment feels during movement, long days, and changing needs. Their feedback pushed us to refine, improve, and stay accountable to the people we aim to support.

Built for Real Life

ActiveMX is made using a high‑stretch, high‑recovery nylon‑spandex fabric designed to be durable, breathable, and discreet under clothing. The garment is intended to support heavy or dynamic tissue, help minimize friction and chafing, and enhance comfort during daily activities.

Importantly, ActiveMX is designed to be useful across different stages of a person’s journey. Our goal has always been to offer something practical, respectful, and adaptable to real life.

An Encouraging Early Response

The early response to ActiveMX has been incredibly encouraging. From clinicians and partners to individuals who’ve been waiting for a solution like this, we’ve heard consistent themes: appreciation for the thoughtful design, gratitude for being considered in the process, and excitement to finally have access to a garment built with their needs in mind.

That response reinforces why we started—and why this first shipment matters so much.

What This Moment Means to Us

Shipping ActiveMX for the first time is both an ending and a beginning. It marks the completion of an intensive development phase, and it opens the door to learning even more from the people who will now use the product in their everyday lives.

This first shipment validates what we’ve believed from the start: when you take the time to listen—to clinicians, to designers, and especially to people with lived experience—you can create something that truly supports comfort, mobility, and dignity.

We’re also continuing to build forward. Informed by everything we’ve learned through ActiveMX, our women’s product is currently in development, guided by the same community‑driven approach and commitment to thoughtful design. We’re targeting a release later this year and look forward to sharing more as it comes together.

For health care professionals, we invite you to help us extend the impact of this work. If you support individuals living with excess skin and tissue after significant weight loss, we encourage you to share ActiveMX as a non‑surgical support option with patients who may benefit from additional comfort, mobility, and day‑to‑day support. Awareness is often the first step—and many people don’t know solutions like this exist. If you are living with excess skin and tissue we encourage you to include ActiveMX as a base layer and staple in your wardrobe.

Thank you for being part of this journey. We’re excited to finally ship ActiveMX—and even more excited about what lies ahead.
